Nikolai Lafaeff

Biography

Nikolai Lafaeff is a Brazilian attorney and founder of LAFAEFF Advogados, where he leads the firm's strategic direction.

His work combines legal analysis, research and context in business, contentious and cross-border matters. His approach focuses on understanding each matter, organizing information, identifying risk and supporting responsible decisions.

Over the course of his career, he has acted in matters before judicial and administrative bodies and participated in institutional activities related to the Brazilian Bar Association, including appointments to chair committees. He was also appointed by the Municipality of São Caetano do Sul to serve as an alternate attorney-counsel on matters involving historic and cultural heritage.
